Scrambled Eggs with Garlic Bread

          
          An universal favourite of everyone. It is the most easiest and the quickest breakfast anyone can make. I added some chopped rosemary for some different flavour. So scrambled eggs with garlic bread. What more can you ask for if time is a restraint. 








  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • 3 onion, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp. ginger, finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
  • bread slices
  • butter as required
  • 1 tsp. garlic, grated
        

           Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion, ginger and green chilies till the onions are translucent. Add the whisked eggs, salt and turmeric powder and fry for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add the rosemary and mix well. Keep aside.

          Mix together the butter and the garlic. Spread a little on the bread and toast them in the oven till they are slightly crisp and brown on the surface. Serve with the scrambled eggs.
