Spice up your evening with a hot cup of tea / coffee and these absolutely delicious baked potato wedges. I flavoured it with some rosemary and pepper powder. But you can go ahead and add any spice of your choice.
They are perfect appetizers and goes well with ketchup or green chutney. So say goodbye to all the fried store bought chips and prepare these yummy and healthy snacks. Do check below a step by step method with pictures to prepare it.
- 2-3 big, oval shaped potatoes, each cut into 8 -10 pieces
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp. pepper powder
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. oil
- few rosemary leaves
- sauce / chutney to serve
Marinate the wedges with all the above mentioned ingredients for 5-10 minutes. Line a baking tray with butter paper and grease it..
Arrange all the marinated wedges on it and bake for 25-30 minutes in a pre-heated microwave oven at 200 degrees C. Flip it over halfway through. Relish with some green chutney or ketchup.
