These homemade, tempting and delicious grilled chicken is not only easy to make but it is completely hassle free. This is a healthy variation to any fried chicken and is a one dish meal in itself for any weight watchers too. They are a perfect treat for any in-house party too and is a great accompaniment with cocktails and mock tails.
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into half
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. mustard oil
- 2 tbsp. yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp. roasted cumin powder
Marinate the chicken fillet with all the above mentioned ingredients for a minimum of 2-3 hours or preferably overnight.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and arrange the marinated chicken over it. Grill for 30-35 minutes or till done on both sides.
Halfway through turn the steak and baste with the leftover marinade. Serve these grilled delicacies with some salad as accompaniment for a healthy and wholesome meal.
