Summer is here. So thinking of making a healthy Fruit Ice Cream? Let me share Banana and Plum Ice Cream that is super delicious. It is very easy and simple to make. Needs no rocket science. Enjoy them as an after meal dessert or anytime of the day. So go ahead and give it a try and enjoy these homemade chilled delights with your loved ones.
- 1 banana, chopped & frozen
- 2 plums, pureed
- 2-3 tbsp. sugar or to taste
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-3 tbsp. milk powder
- pinch of cardamom powder
- 1 tsp. kewra water
Simmer the plums and the sugar till it is almost reduced. Set aside to cool. Then blend all the other ingredients.
Transfer to an air-tight container and freeze for 1-2 hours. Then mix with a spoon and freeze again for another 1-2 hours.
Mix again and do this 2-3 times. Finally freeze for a minimum of 7-8 hours or overnight. Serve in individual bowls and enjoy this delectable fruity ice cream chilled.
