Chicken Flower Dumplings


          If you are looking for some visually appealing appetizers, then go for these CHICKEN FLOWER DUMPLINGS. They are not only very easy and simple to make but are equally healthy too, as they are steamed to perfection. 

          These beautiful flower shaped small chicken bites are very delicious and can be a great crowd puller at any in-house party. So get going and dish out these amazing snacks by following a step by step guide with pictures to prepare them.








  • 400 gms. chicken mince
  • salt to taste
  • handful of coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. fried onions
  • 1 tsp. ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp. red chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup rice, soaked in water for an hour & drained











          In a bowl, mix together all the above mentioned ingredients (except rice). Grease your palms and make small round balls out of the mix. 

          Coat with the soaked rice and steam them for 15-17 minutes or till the rice is fully cooked. Let them cool down for some time before you serve with tomato ketchup / momo sauce.







                   In a bowl, mix together mince, salt, onion, coriander leaves, chili flakes and 
                   ginger-garlic paste.




                Grease your palm and make small round balls out of the mix. Coat with the 
                soaked rice.......





                              


                               Steam for 15-17 minutes or till the rice is fully cooked.



                               Let it cool down for some time before you serve.













                               Serve them with tomato ketchup / momo sauce.
