- 1 cup cooked & slightly mashed Foxtail Millet
- 1 red dragon fruit, pureed
- 1 tsp. ghee
- 2 cups full fat milk
- pinch of salt
- 2-3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup milk powder
- 1-2 tbsp. chopped pistachios & almonds
Garnish as desired & serve at room temperature or chilled.
