- 6-7 Parwal / Pointed Gourd, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp. mustard oil
- 2 dry red chilies
- 6-7 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 2 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. raw mustard oil
Heat mustard oil in a pan & sauté the dry red chilies and garlic till light brown.
In the same oil sauté the marinated parwal till well browned. Keep aside to cool.
Serve with hot steamed rice.
