Raitas are a perfect accompaniment to any meal. They can also be served as a side dish with any Indian bread or Biryani / pulao / jeera rice. So how about a carrot based raita this winter season? - 1 cup thick yoghurt
- 1/4 cup water
- salt to taste
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1-2 green chilies, chopped
- 1-2 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
Whisk the yoghurt, water and salt. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve as an accompaniment to your meal. It can also be served as a side dish with parathas.
