Banana Oats Ice Cream


          Who can deny Ice Cream? It is loved and enjoyed by young and old alike. This chilled delicacy can be had anytime of the day. So today I would like to share a very easy and a healthy version minus any cream. Just banana, oats, milk and jaggery and voila!!! you have a homemade ice cream ready in no time. Do try and relish with family and friends.








  • 2-3 bananas, chopped & frozen
  • 1/4 cup oats, dry roasted & powdered
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2-3 tbsp. jaggery
  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp. rose water






          Blend all the ingredients to a smoothie type consistency. Transfer the contents to an air tight container and freeze for an hour.

          Mix it properly and again freeze for 7-8 hours. Serve in individual bowls and enjoy this chilled delight any time you like or as after-meal dessert.
