So here let me share a simple milk ice cream with some Gulkand flavor. This chilled delicacy can be had anytime of the day. So next time, thinking of making an after-meal dessert, go for this flavored ice cream and enjoy with your loved ones.
- 1 & 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup milk powder
- 1 tbsp. Gulkand
- sugar to taste
- 1 tsp. rose water
- pinch of cardamom powder
- 1 tsp. dry rose petals to garnish
Blend together all the above mentioned ingredients (except dry rose petals) and freeze in an air-tight container.
Keep Stirring every hour, 2-3 times and set aside to freeze overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours.
Garnish with the dry rose petals and serve them chilled in individual bowls.
