Milky Gulkand Ice Cream


          No one can deny an ice cream - summer or no summer. Even a small scoop makes your day and brings back a faint smile on your face. So here let me share a simple milk ice cream with some Gulkand flavor. This chilled delicacy can be had anytime of the day. So next time, thinking of making an after-meal dessert, go for this flavored ice cream and enjoy with your loved ones. 





  • 1 & 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1 tbsp. Gulkand
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp. rose water
  • pinch of cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp. dry rose petals to garnish





          Blend together all the above mentioned ingredients (except dry rose petals) and freeze in an air-tight container. 

          Keep Stirring every hour, 2-3 times and set aside to freeze overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours. 

          Garnish with the dry rose petals and serve them chilled in individual bowls.
