Rajma Hummus (Kidney Beans Dip)

It can also be relished as a spread on toasted bread and parathas a la Indian style. Healthy and nutritious, they can be had with veggie crudites, crackers or chips for a light snack.

Today I made Rajma / Kidney Beans Hummus.
