Dahi Papdi Chaat (Indian Street Snack)

This chaat is almost similar to Papdi Chaat. The only extra ingredient that goes in the preparation is the spiced yoghurt. It is basically crispy papdi (savoury crackers) that are topped with potato, onion, tomato, sev and some sweet, spicy & tangy chutneys. Please check for some extra ingredients that I have added to it for some crunch and flavour.

A very popular Indian street food, it is enjoyed by everyone and is also a great tea-time snack. You can mix and match the ingredients to create your own version. So go ahead and prepare this mouth watering delicacy by checking out the step by step pictorial recipe.
