Grilled Cauliflower Florets


          Here is a step by step guide to making these delicious and healthy grilled cauliflower. Enjoy them as it is with a dash of lime or as a side dish with either rice or chapattis. Both ways it is simply awesome. Easy to make, they can be dished out in no time. They can also be served as perfect appetizers in any in-house party along with hummus or mayo.   • 1 medium size cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 1 tsp. coriander / mint leaves, chopped
  • dash of lime 
Marinade - 
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. red chili powder or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp. coriander-cumin powder (dry roasted & ground)
  • 1 tsp. kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves), crushed
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil



  

          In a bowl, mix all the ingredients mentioned under marinade. Add the cauliflower and coat well. 

          Add the onions, garlic and green chilies and mix that as well. Cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

          Line a grill plate with butter paper and spread the marinated cauliflower mix. Grill in a microwave oven for 20-25 minutes by turning them over halfway. 

          Enjoy as it is or with a sprinkle of some coriander / mint leaves and a dash of lime.




                                  Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.



                                 Cut the cauliflower into florets.



                         Add cauliflower with onions, garlic & green chilies to the marinade.



                                  Mix everything well & leave aside for 10-15 minutes.



                                  Spread on a baking tray.



                                 Grill for 20-25 minutes & turn them around halfway.



                                 The grilled cauliflower florets.



                                 Enjoy with a dash of lime.
