Salmon like all other varieties of fish, is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, so it is very healthy. It can be prepared in many ways. Here, I kept it very simple with just salt, pepper and lime juice. It can also be fried using other spices..In that case the true flavour of the fish is lost. This simple, yet delicious salmon fry can be had with salad of your choice too.
- Few fillets of Salmon fish
- 2 tsp. olive oil / butter
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper powder
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- few broccoli florets, blanched
Smear the salmon fillets with salt, pepper powder and lime juice. Marinate for an hour. Heat oil / butter in a non-stick pan and shallow fry them till golden brown on both sides. Serve with blanched broccoli florettes.
